The Municipal Government of Abucay has acquired new service vehicles to further improve public service delivery, particularly in emergency response during disasters, Mayor Erik Martel announced.
The vehicles were distributed to various local government offices to help speed up operations and ensure quicker deployment of personnel and resources when needed.
Mayor Martel said the initiative aims to strengthen the efficiency and responsiveness of municipal services, especially in times of calamities and urgent situations.
The turnover of the vehicles was led by Mayor Martel, together with Vice Mayor Roberto “Wangbu” Pabustan, who personally distributed the units to their respective offices.
