The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB), through the FAB Enterprise Department – Registration Division, conducted a public consultation to brief FAB Enterprises (FEs) on the proposed Policy on Enterprise Leasing. The activity was held on February 4, 2026 at the AFAB Auditorium.
The consultation presented the proposed policy, which prescribes the rules and guidelines governing the lease of AFAB properties. This includes applications for lease and sublease, as well as other contract-related matters for industrial and commercial areas under the FED-RD. A discussion of the key provisions was followed by an open forum to address requests for clarifications and concerns raised by participants.
The activity was attended by 50 representatives from FEs that directly lease from AFAB, including those with subleasing arrangements.
