Ordinance authorizing the borrowing of the Province of Bataan from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) for a term loan in the amount of eighty-five million pesos (Php85,000,000.00) to finance the phase 2 of 1Bataan integrated communication and public system in the Province of Bataan, hereby authorizing the provincial governor, Hon.
