Ordinance authorizing the borrowing of the Province of Bataan from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) for a term loan in the total amount of six hundred ninety-six million two hundred fifty thousand two hundred fifty-nine pesos and 02/100 centavos (Php 696,250,259.02) to finance various infrastructure project and purchase of various equipment and vehicles in the Province of Bataan, authorizing the provincial governor, Hon. Albert S. Garcia, to enter into a loan agreements with the said bank and to sign other documents needed for this purpose and approving the terms and conditions thereof. | September 3, 2019
