The 1Bataan Action Center (1BAC) received and acted on a total of 2,988 reports from the public throughout the month of July 2026, resolving all concerns raised by Bataeños.

The most common reports involved stray animals with 1,292 cases, followed by 432 garbage-related concerns, and 384 cases of inappropriate attire in public places. Other frequently reported concerns included road obstruction with 355 cases, 146 cases of smoking in public places, 83 reports of damaged street lights, 79 cases of curfew violations, and 59 incidents of drinking alcohol in public places.

The 1BAC serves as the provincial government’s 24/7 hotline for receiving and responding to public concerns, complaints, and requests for assistance, ensuring that these are coordinated with the concerned offices and/or local officials for prompt action.

The public is reminded to be responsible pet owners, properly dispose garbage, and observe existing ordinances on smoking, appropriate attire, curfew, and others.
