The  City Government  through the leadership of Mayor Raquel Garcia has set up a Hydration Station at Plaza Mayor de Balanga to provide free purified drinking water to residents and visitors amid the intense heat.

The initiative aims to assist those participating in Visita Iglesia and those visiting the Balanga Trade Fair by ensuring they remain hydrated while staying in the city plaza.

Said Hydration Station is part of the City Government’s continuing efforts to promote public health, environmental awareness, and care for the community, Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) said.

CENRO  also advises the public to bring their own tumblers and avoid single-use plastics to help protect the environment while enjoying the free hydration service.
