In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Provincial Women’s Commission (PWC) held a meaningful and vibrant gathering on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Lou-is Resort and Restaurant.

The event was led by PWC Chairperson Ms. Isabel F. Garcia, together with Adviser Mrs. Vicky Garcia, bringing together women leaders, partners, and advocates from across the province for a day of inspiration, recognition, and empowerment.

Gracing the celebration were distinguished officials including Congresswoman Gila Garcia, Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Board Member Mylene Serrano, and Balanga City Mayor Raquel Garcia. Each delivered inspiring messages that highlighted the vital role of women in leadership, community-building, and nation development, encouraging attendees to continue breaking barriers and uplifting one another.

Adding to the joyful celebrtion was a special musical performance by Tawag ng Tanghalan Regional Winner Yannie Paul Basical, a true blue Balangueno, whose powerful voice energized the audience and made the event even more memorable.

Participants also enjoyed an engaging live makeover tutorial courtesy of the cosmetic brand Ever Bilena, offering beauty tips and promoting self-confidence among attendees. Excitement filled the venue as guests took part in a raffle draw, with various prizes adding fun and anticipation to the program.

The celebration served as a reminder of the strength, resilience, and contributions of women in Bataan, reinforcing the Provincial Government’s commitment to supporting programs that empower and uplift every Bataeña.
