The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Bataan held its inaugural session on Monday led by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia, joined by Gov. Joet Garcia. Vice Gov. Garcia in her message vowed to lead the SP in crafting resolutions and ordinances that will benefit the people of Bataan. She also expressed the full support of the SP for the programs of Gov. Garcia.

Gov. Joet Garcia called for a strong partnership between the executive and legislative branches. He outlined priority programs such as improving revenue collection, enhancing safety along the Roman Highway, managing transport concerns, and strengthening governance and data systems in the province. Capitol department heads also attended the session to meet the new set of SP members.
