Sangguniang Panlalawigan member Romano del Rosario last week rallied the youth to gear for empowerment and keep their enthusiasm burning during the recent Kabataan Congress.

Bokal Popoy as the SP committee chair of peace and order is fondly addressed by colleagues and his constituents, was the keynote speaker during the Kabataan Congress alongside Ms. Joiedee Rubiano, Provincial Youth Development Officer who spearheaded the event with Bataan SK President Board Member Lovely Poblete.

Del Rosario discussed with the youth how to craft a board resolution to address the concern of youth leaders in every municipality of Bataan.

“I hope this discussion will inspire our young leaders to voice out responsibly their genuine sentiments and strong determination to serve the interest of our youth,” said Del Rosario.
