In the heart of Bataan’s 1st District, the rumble of bulldozers and the clang of steel will soon echo with renewed purpose. Congressman Tony Roman III has set the wheels of progress in full motion, meeting with DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan to champion a suite of infrastructure projects that aim to rewrite the story of connectivity and safety in the province.
From flood-prone barangays that have long battled waist-deep waters, drainage systems will rise like shields against nature’s blows. Along the district’s arteries, road widening and rehabilitation will smooth the journey for motorists, turning daily commutes from stress-filled crawls into seamless rides. And over vital rivers and streams, stronger, more resilient bridges will stand as unwavering lifelines linking families, farms, and futures.
“This is more than concrete and asphalt,” Roman said with conviction. “It’s about giving our people back their time, their security, and their hope. Every kilometer built, every bridge reinforced, is a promise delivered.”
With his signature mantra “Serbisyong May Puso” and the rallying cry “Walang LAWkohan”, Roman is not just building structures—he is building trust, ensuring that the Bataan of tomorrow is safer, swifter, and stronger for every Bataeño.
