Mayor Raquel Garcia unveiled her “Mapagkalinga Initiatives” for caring and progressive Balanga during the courtesy visit of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Bataan.

The lady mayor bared to the group her priority programs, which include:
• Active, quality healthcare for mothers
• Expanded assistance to solo parents
• Broader support services and facilities for citizens
• Improved “Love for Reading” learning centers
• Robust SME development
• Opportunities for start-up growth

Both the Balanga City Government and PCCI Bataan pledged to identify projects that will create jobs, enhance education, and expand social services.

They discussed collaborations aimed at strengthening community support and economic growth.

The PCCI Bataan was headed by its President BJ Banzon, together with its board of directors, and chamber representatives during the visit.

The group also presented their ongoing programs and projects noting their alignment with the development agenda of the City.
