Pilar holds successful job fair, boosts employment opportunities

The Municipal Government of Pilar successfully conducted the Municipal Job Fair 2026 as part of its continuing efforts to provide more employment opportunities for local residents and nearby communities.

 

The event was led by Mayor Charlie Pizarro, Vice Mayor Ces Garcia, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and the Municipal Public Employment Service Office (PESO). A total of 229 job applicants attended the fair.

 

Of the total number of applicants, 51 were from Pilar, 154 came from different towns in Bataan, while 24 applicants were from outside the province, showing the growing reach of the town’s employment initiatives.

Ten applicants were hired on the spot, with seven employed by Beati Manpower Recruitment and General Services Corporation and three by Talete King Panyulung Kapampangan.

 

Mayor Pizarro also thanked partner agencies including DOLE, PESO Bataan, DMW, TESDA, OFC Family Circle, and Barangay PESO Focals for helping make the activity a success.
