Reorganization of Bataan POC pushed

Bataan officials are poised to reorganize through a proposed Executive Order the Provincial Peace and Order Council to streamline its function and improve operational efficiency.

The plan was discussed during the November 13 meeting of 4th Quarter Provincial Peace and Order Council, Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council, and Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) at the Tribes Residences Function Hall in Limay, Bataan.

The highlight of the session was the presentation of on-going formulation of  the Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) plan which provides a strategic framework for strengthening law enforcement coordination, improving community safety mechanism, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Also discussed during the meeting were on-going measures for student safety, traffic management effort, anti-illegal drug campaign, and developments in drug rehabilitation services.
