Office of the Provincial Accountant
Mandate: Installs and maintains an internal audit system in the Province; prepare and submit financial statements to the Governor, Sanggunian and all agencies concerned; certify to the availability of allotment to which expenditures and obligations may properly charge; maintain all accounting books and documents such as general subsidiary ledgers, index cards, journals, etc.
