Pursuant to Provincial Ordinance No. 26, series of 1995, the PG-ENRO shall be responsible in adopting measures and provision of technical assistance to ensure the delivery of basic services and adequate facilities related to environmental protection and conservation of natural resources.
Persistently strive, using all cooperative measures and suited technologies, for the most effective and practical approach to reforest, manage waste ecologically, protect and preserve flora & fauna, control & monitor mining and quarrying while enforcing all environmental laws and sustain all other continuing initiatives to keep Bataan’s natural bounty to its optimum state.
