Mission:

Provide a continuous and sustainable employment opportunities to every Bataenos for local and overseas employment.

Vision:

  • Identification and development of strong workforce to supply needs of employers, industries and business establishment in the province.
  • Development of youth talent, skills and potentials through training and apprenticeship program.
  • Implementation of programs, projects for self employment and livelihood programs.
  • Upliftment of morals and installing discipline among applicants and graduating students through the conduct of counseling activities.

Objectives:

  • Ensure the speedy, equitable and efficient delivery of employment services delivery to maximize the impact of various employment programs and services at the grassroots level.
  • Serve as referral and information center for the various and programs of DOLE and other agencies presenting the province/area.
  • Provide a venue where people could explore simultaneously various employment options and actually seek assistance they prefer.
  • Network with other PESOs within the region and nationwide for job exchange purposes.
