Bataan Governor Abet Garcia led Friday morning the groundbreaking and ceremonial turnover of check donation for the land development of the 2,936 units of 1Bataan Village in Brgy. Daan Pare, Orion, Bataan.

Secretary Eduardo Del Rosario of the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) graced the event and was joined by other local officials namely Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Orion Mayor Antonio Raymundo, Bataan PNP Director Police Col. Joel Tampis and Orion Police Chief, Major Jeffrey Onde.

The cost of the project is P196 million and primarily intended for a huge fire victims in Barangay Capunitan way back in 2019.
Representatives from National Housing Authority, Asiawide and Ayala Land also attended the event.
