AFAB, PRA sign JMO for Special Resident Retiree’s Visa

The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) and the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) have signed a Joint Memorandum Order (JMO) to simplify the issuance of the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV).
AFAB was led in the signing by Administrator and CEO Hussein Pangandaman and PRA was headed by General Manager and CEO Roberto Z. Zozobrado held at Camaya Coast in Mariveles, a FAB-registered business.

AFAB stated the initiative aims to attract foreign retirees to invest and live in FAB. By expanding residency options and business incentives, AFAB and PRA strengthen FAB’s appeal as a growing hub for foreign investors. The agreement is seen to bring more retirees to the area.

AFAB Deputy Administrator for Operations Michael Angelo G. Paderanga and PRA Department Manager Antonio Rivera joined the signing.
