Bataan Trade Fair showcases local products

Bataan local products take center stage in a trade fair organized by the Provincial Tourism Office headed by Ms. Danica Tigas- Rodriguez for the 83rd Araw ng Kagitingan Commemoration.

A simple ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Mrs. Isabel Garcia, Chairperson of the Bataan Peninsula Tourism Council Foundation Inc.(BPTCFI), Congresswoman Gila Garcia and Ms. Ana Patricia Bernando of the PULO Handicraft and other guests, officially opened the Trade Fair at the capitol compound showcasing highly saleable local products of Bataan such as dried fish, shrimp paste, smoked fish, salted peanuts, cashew nuts and many others.

Said Trade Fair is part of the 83rd anniversary celebration of the Day of Valor. Other activities include static display, parade of floats, historical reenactment of the Death March and the actual celebration of Bataan Day at the Mt. Samat Shrine in Pilar with Pres. Bongbong Marcos as the principal guest of honor.
