The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) donated on Thursday (July 24, 2025) 100 cavans of rice to Dinalupihan and Hermosa towns.

The donation was personally delivered by Engr. Joshua Bingcang, BCDA president and CEO, to Dinalupihan Mayor Tong Santos and Hermosa Mayor Anne Adorable Inton at their respective municipal halls.

The two mayors personally thanked Bingcang for the donation that will be distributed to families affected by floods due to Habagat and tropical storm Crising.
