Despite the challenges of online and modular modes of learning, the Bataan High School for the Arts (BHSA) recently concluded its 1st Recognition Ceremony anchored on this year’s theme, “K to 12 Graduates: “Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity”, held at the BHSA Congregation Hall, Bagac, Bataan, July 11.
The School Year 2021-2022 was a significant year for it was the year when BHSA became fully operational with the help of the Department of Education (DepEd), in spite of the challenges that occurred because of the continuous global pandemic.
To date, BHSA students have been making names in different national competitions such as Manila Bulletin On the Spot Drawing, UP Pasiklaban, Child Rights Network Digital Art Contest, where they were able to showcase their talents as well as the pride of being one of the pioneers of BHSA.
Present in the said ceremony were Governor Joet Garcia, Bagac Mayor Ramil Del Rosario, BHSA School Director Roland Fronda, EdD, CESO VI, and Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Director May Eclar, Phd, CESO III.
