Bataan Board Member Dr. Jorge Estanislao on Friday said he was impressed by the twin Child Development Center in Barangay New San Jose, Dinalupihan.

Estanislao, chair of committee on health at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (provincial board), and a medical practitioner before he joined politics, said perhaps the facilities could become a diagnostic center where one can find ultrasound unit and other medical equipment to serve local folks who may suffer stroke and other ailment.

“Sa totoo lang ho, na impress ho ako sa legacy ni ex-mayor Gila Garcia na ngayon ay congresswoman na ng Third District,” said Estanislao before a group of nurses and health workers.

Estanislao, other board members Popoy del Rosario, Angel Sunga, and Harold Espeleta were among the guests during blessing of Child Development Centers 1 and 2 located in New San Jose.

Board Member Del Rosario said in a jest that he hopes that the same kind facilities will soon be put up in other towns, seemingly referring to nearby Bagac town, his hometown.
