He opined that to achieve real progress among farmers “we should have a vision to reach our goal in such a way as to benefit the farmers and the government as well.” “Farmers should have their market readied to avoid wastage of their farm products,” Roman said. He also tackled other issues such as public works, barangay master plan as envisioned by Bataan Gov. Joet Garcia, freeport zones, block chain industry, among others.
