BNHS launches 1st school-based Health Promotion Board in the country

The Bataan National High School launched this morning the first school-based Health Promotion Board, the first to be established nationwide.

Said health board aims to promote and implement comprehensive activities and programs for a healthy lifestyle and environment not only for the learners, but also for the teaching and non-teaching personnel of BNHS, parents, and other stakeholders.

According to Balanga City Councilor Christian Manalaysay, the BNHS Health Promotion Board will have a huge impact on the students and their families’ lives as they bank on creating a healthier lifestyle.

In the same event, Pusong Pinoy Partylist Rep. Jett Nisay shared that the Partylist will support the goals and missions of the schools in Bataan and nationwide.

Governor Jose Enrique Garcia III, for his part, underscored the school’s significant role in educating its stakeholders with the right information on imbibing a healthier lifestyle.
