Vice Governor Cris Garcia led the distribution of financial assistance to 297 board and bar reviewees under the Iskolar ng Bataan program (INB) of the provincial government at The Bunker, capitol compound a week ago.
Each beneficiary received P5,000 cash.
Provincial Administrator Alice Pizarro representing Gov. Joet Garcia joined the allowance distribution. Board Member Jomar Gaza, chairman of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committee on Education, also attended the event. Iskolar ng Bataan coordinator Ramon Canas said 5,697 board and bar reviewees have already benefited under the program since 2017.
Later in the day, 928 INB beneficiaries studying in private schools in Bataan got cash refund for the first semester of the school year 2022 – 2023. Beneficiaries got P5,000 each except for Balanga residents (P7,000) and Morong residents (P6,000).
