Bringing services closer to the people

Philippine Standard Time:

Bringing services closer to the people

In an era where public service is more crucial than ever, embattled Mariveles Mayor Ace Jello Concepcion is still leading the way with his innovative initiative, “Serbisyong Abot Kamay hanggang Barangay.” This program aims to bring various services of the local government closer to the people, free of charge.

On Monday, the program will be held at the Covered Court of Brgy. Maligaya. This initiative is a testament to Mayor Concepcion’s commitment to making essential services accessible to all Mariveleños.

Medical Services on the Go

The program offers a range of medical services, including medical consultations and dental care, specifically fluoride applications. There will also be laboratory screenings and PhilPen screenings available. To further promote health and wellness, free hygiene kits, drugs, and medicines will be distributed to the attendees.

Non-Medical Services for All

In addition to the medical services, the program also provides several non-medical services. These include PhilHealth profiling, late birth registration, and anti-rabies vaccination for dogs and cats. The local government also recognizes the importance of inclusivity, hence, Senior Citizen and PWD registration will be conducted. Moreover, in an effort to address unemployment and provide livelihood opportunities, a job fair will be held. And to top it all off, a free haircut service will also be available.

A Call to Action

Mayor Concepcion invites all Mariveleños to take part in this initiative. “Magkita-kita tayo bukas sa Maligaya Covered Court!” he calls out to his constituents. This is not just an event, but a testament to the local government’s commitment to serve its people. Through initiatives like these, Mayor AJ Concepcion is indeed bringing the government closer to the people, one barangay at a time. His leadership and dedication to public service continue to inspire and bring about change in Mariveles, Bataan. Truly, this is public service that reaches out and touches lives.
