FIESTA Communities, Inc., Central Luzon’s premier housing developer, is set to embark on an exciting new venture with its first-ever vertical mass housing project in partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), Pag-IBIG Fund, and the Provincial Government of Bataan. This groundbreaking initiative aligns with the national government’s “Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program” (4PH), spearheaded by the Marcos administration.

Nestled in Brgy. San Francisco De Asis I, Limay, the project’s launch was marked by a ceremonial concrete pouring and time capsule laying on September 5, 2024. The event was attended by FIESTA Communities’ top management, along with representatives from DHSUD, Pag-IBIG, and local officials from Limay and Bataan. Later, the Limay Sports Complex buzzed with excitement as the project’s official name and logo—1Bataan Village by FIESTA Communities—were unveiled.

The momentous occasion was capped by a ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between Hausland Group President and Chairman Wilfredo M. Tan, represented by his son and CEO, Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan and Limay Mayor Nelson C. David, formalizing their shared commitment to bring affordable, quality housing to the people of Bataan. Bataan Vice Governor Cris Garcia, who represented Gov. Joet Garcia, and DHSUD Undersecretary Engr. Emmanuel Pineda graced the event along with Vice Mayor Richie David and barangay officials of Limay.

Spanning 7,992 square meters, this landmark development will feature 508 housing units, available in 22 and 25 square meter configurations. The community will be enhanced with amenities such as a welcoming entrance gate, pavilion, basketball court, parking spaces, and comfortable lounges. Construction is slated to begin before the end of 2024, with the community opening its doors to eager residents next year—ushering in a new era of modern, affordable housing in Limay.
