Cong. Nisay: solar power, not nuclear plant

Pusong Pinoy Party-list Representative Jett V. Nisay would rather go for solar panel as a source of energy than the expensive nuclear power plant.

He said more sectors are now engaged in the propagation of solar power because it is cheaper and easily available. “Malaki ang matitipid natin,” he pointed put during his first major press briefing on Friday at a Balanga restaurant.

Earlier, Congressman Albert S. Garcia said the Bataan Peoples Center had been using solar panel and it saved at least 30 percent in energy consumption.

Congressman Nisay in his first report of accomplishments said most of the recipients of financial assistance are the health sector and medical needs of the constituents where his office through the Local Government Support Fund spent a total of P22 million for Bataan alone.
