Bataan 1st District Rep. Tony Roman has unveiled his second set of priority bills for the 20th Congress.
The latest batch of proposed legislation includes the following:
- Estate Tax Amnesty (HB 609),
- The Cagandahan Law (HB 619),
- Critical Thinking and Pedagogical Transformation Act (HB 1482),
- Critical Pedagogy in Teacher Education Act (HB 1483),
- Data-Driven Governance and AI Solutions Act (HB 1484),
- Amendments to the Philippine Innovation Act (HB 1485),
- Constitutional Literacy and Civic Engagement Act (HB 1912),
- National Flood Risk Governance and Data Integration Act of 2025 (HB 2201),
- Flood Resilience Incentive and Performance Fund Act of 2025 (HB 2202), and
- Urban Wetlands and Easement Protection Act of 2025 (HB 2203).
Rep. Roman emphasized that these bills form part of his broader legislative agenda to build a more resilient and educated nation. His slogan, “Abogadong May Puso, Kongresistang Maaasahan,” underscores his strong commitment to public service.
