DENR fully supports the project”, said Orolfo. For his part Mamac said, “The project has positive environmental impact and we commend the commitment of our leaders in the province led by Gov. The project aims to formulate a comprehensive master plan to enhance environmental stewardship and address the issue of plastic pollution in the seas and rivers of the province.
