The Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) Enterprise Department – Registration Division (FED-RD) conducted a comprehensive FAB Enterprise (FE) Briefing today at the AFAB Auditorium. The event reaffirmed the department’s dedication to delivering efficient and high-quality services to FAB Enterprises by addressing key topics and sharing essential information.
The session began with an overview of the Registration Division’s roles and responsibilities, emphasizing its collaboration with other related departments. Key discussions included the submission of documentary requirements, reminders on renewing lease contracts, applying for business licenses, and handling accreditations, special permits, and vehicle stickers.
Participants were also briefed on critical processes such as contract modifications, agreements, and permit management. The FED-RD further elaborated on monitoring FAB Enterprises’ operations, addressing policy violations, and procedures for suspending or canceling permits when necessary.
A significant portion of the briefing focused on compliance requirements under the Tax Incentives Management and Transparency Act (TIMTA), along with policies on subleasing and operational reporting.
