The two expansion sites of the Freeport Area of Bataan in two barangays (villages) in Hermosa will need more the 20,000 workers once the factories and other establishments become operational next year.
Jan Ergbert Salenga, municipal planning and development coordinator of Hermosa, said two investors have already signified their intention to locate in two FAB expansion areas.

Salenga said the two expansion areas are located in Barangay Mambog with 42- hectare land area, and in Barangay Mabiga with 50-hectare land.
He said road links are now being constructed by the Department of Public Works and Highways. The road will connect to Palihan then to Mabiga and directly connect to Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority and to Clark Special Economic Zone. All of the road links spans to 23 kilometers.
