Office of 3rd District Congressman Garcia Bataan Chief Rollie Rojas, also former Dinalupihan municipal administrator, said Garcia truly endeavored to build the barangay facilities despite difficulty in funding to provide services to the people of Dinalupihan. Being based in Dinalupihan as administrator, Rojas also helps current Mayor Tong Santos.

Santos profusely thanked Garcia for the barangay facilities and said surely more projects will come to Dinalupihan courtesy of the congresswoman. “Malaking bagay itong mga day care centers na ito sa aming mga kabataan, at ang iba pang facilities sa aming mga kababayan”, said Santos, Santos was councilor when Garcia was the Dinalupihan mayor.
