Bataan Governor Joet Garcia has officially filed his Certificate of Candidacy (CoC) with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) on the last day of filing to run for re-election as the governor of Bataan. In his announcement via social media, he emphasized his commitment to continuing the programs and services that aim to strengthen and improve the lives of every Bataeño family.
This mission has been the foundation of Bataan’s development since the leadership of former Congressman and Governor Tet Garcia. Governor Garcia was joined by key political figures in Bataan, including Vice Governor Cris Garcia, who is running for re-election, Atty. Tony Roman, who is a candidate for the First District, Congressman Abet Garcia, who will run again for the Second District, and Congresswoman Gila Garcia, who seeks re-election in the Third District.
In addition, several candidates for board members across the province’s districts were announced. For the First District, Atty. Jomar Gaza, Mylene Serrano, and Bong Galicia are running. In the Second District, the candidates are Noel Valdecanas, Jovic Baluyot, and Iya Roque. The Third District is represented by Popoy Del Rosario, Jorge Estanislao, Angel Sunga, and Harold Espeleta.
