The Christmas spirit begins in Bataan with a grand Christmas lighting ceremony led by Governor Joet Garcia at the Tourism Park in Balanga City on November 29.

The Tourism Park dazzled with vibrant Christmas lights and decorations, transforming the venue into a radiant holiday wonderland. Gov. Garcia, in his heartfelt message, emphasized the importance of joy and gratitude during this season of giving.

Right after the lighting ceremony, the celebration continued with performances from Bataan’s homegrown talents including Koro Bangkal Magbikin, the Jose Depiro Kabataan Orkestra, BTN Pop, and Baile Romano.

Bataeños happily embraced the festive occasion, joyfully singing along with the performers and capturing memorable moments with the dazzling Christmas displays. The ceremony not only symbolized the start of the holiday season but also served as a reminder of the beauty of community and the enduring spirit of hope and celebration in Bataan.

Also in attendance were Mrs. Isabel Garcia, Mrs. Vicky Garcia, 3rd District Representative Gila Garcia, Pusong Pinoy Partylist Representative Jett Nisay, members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and department heads of the Provincial Government of Bataan.
