As part of his birthday celebration, Montero is conducting feeding program for the children in different sitios of Lamao. He has already visited Sitio Kabilang Ilog, Sitio Aburido, Sitio Pex, and Sitio Medical to provide Jollibee meals for the children. Montero has been true to his word since being elected into office last October, as he continuously provides assistance for residents and conducts feeding programs for the children.

Prior to becoming a barangay councilor, Montero spent years working as an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) . Upon returning to the country, he established his own business.
