Last April 19, 2024, the Provincial Government of Bataan (PGB) represented by Governor Joet Garcia signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the GovTech Accelerator Programme with Creative HQ Limited represented by Director Wayne Mulligan at the Fairmont Hotel Manila.
Creative HQ Limited’s GovTech Accelerator Programme aims to better serve the people through the creation of more effective programs, solutions, and policies to address the challenges and issues faced by different national and local government units or agencies. This is in line with the province’s aim to enhance the programs and policies based on data gathered from the Community-Based Monitoring System for the betterment of every Bataeño,
Said event was witnessed by New Zealand Prime Minister, The Right Honourable Christopher Luxon together with Atty. Paulo Garcia, Member of Parliament, House of Representatives, New Zealand National Party, the first New Zealand MP of Filipino descent.
In a related development, a total of NZ$150,000.00 was contributed by the New Zealand Government through the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise to the PGB. Vice Governor Ma. Cristina Garcia was also present in the said event.
