In the recently adjudged 2025 Search for Outstanding Labor Management Cooperation for Industrial Peace, Orica Philippines – Limay, Bataan site won in the Regional level, held last July 17 at the Casa Cabalen, San Fernando City, Pampanga.
A biennial event organized by the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB), the Search recognizes companies that have demonstrated effective labor-management innovations and partnerships, maintaining industrial peace in the workplace.
