Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) Vice President for Research Extension and Training Services Dr. Hermogenes Paguia expressed appreciation to Samal LGU for its commitment and partnership with the University in various development endeavors.

BPSU President Dr. Greg Rodis and Paguia recently paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Alex Acuzar where they discussed BPSU research projects particularly those involving Samal farmers.

Paguia cited the Mayor for his commitment to help BPSU in the conduct of projects in the municipality.

He also said Acuzar buys the idea of PPP ventures in BPSU Abucay campus in the future. While the university campus is in Abucay, it is surrounded by villages belonging to Samal town. Few months ago, the mayor also vowed support to Bataan Association of Rabbit Meat Producers and Processors. BPSU is assisting the association in rabbit meat production and development of rabbit meat products.
