The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) spearheaded the PGB Child Development & EduChild Resource Center Moving Up Ceremony last July 3, 2023, at the Bulwagan ng Bayan, Balanga City.

PSWDO Head Maria Cristina Lopez recalled the fond memories they have shared with the students despite the difficulties brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. She also discussed the importance of early childhood education in honing and shaping the minds and skills of the young ones—the future professionals and possible government public servants.

In his short speech, 3rd District Board Member Romano “Popoy” Del Rosario emphasized the need to promote the vision and mission of the center in order to attract more enrollees for the coming years.
