The Municipality of Samal held a Children’s Congress. Organized by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, the event featured a variety of contests participated by Daycare Centers students from the municipality.



A highlight was the Zumba dance competition, which saw spirited performances from the young competitors. Zumba winners were Barangay Lalawigan Day Care Center (first place), Barangay Sapa Day Care Center (second place) and Barangay Adamson Day Care Center (third place). The Children’s Congress is being held in celebration of National Children’s Month in accordance with Republic Act No. 10661.
