Sisterhood pact aims to promote commerce, tourism

The sisterhood agreement signed between San Juan City, Provincial Government of Bataan, Balanga City, and Limay town will promote commerce, tourism as well as culture.

This was gleaned from the wordings of the agreement signed by San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, Gov. Joet Garcia, City Mayor Francis Garcia and Mayor Richie Jason David in ceremonies held at the Bunker last March 14. The signing, witnessed by councilors from San Juan City, Balanga City and Limay was preceded by the reading of their respective resolutions.

Gov. Joet Garcia invited the San Juan City officials led by Mayor Francis Zamora to feel free to come to Bataan and enjoy the beaches and tourist attractions.

Mayor Zamora, on the other hand, expressed gratitude to Bataan officials for their willingness to accommodate San Juan City officials and be a “kababayan.”
