Slow-moving vehicles in Roman Highway to use right lane

To ensure safety and smooth traffic flow, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Bataan presided by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia passed an ordinance mandating slow-moving vehicles in Roman Highway to use the right lane.

Board Member Popoy Del Rosario who authored the ordinance said the legislative piece will minimize traffic delays and hazards in Roman Highway, thereby promoting the economic and health objectives of the province.

He also said the impending construction of Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge is expected to significantly contribute to the volume of traffic in Bataan, particularly, along the Roman Highway, thereby increasing traffic hazards.

Right Except to Overtake Ordinance.” Iwas traffic, iwas disgrasya.”, he added.
