Vice Gov. Cris Garcia said on Tuesday that “we must adapt to a growing trend with renewable energy amid climate change and skyrocketing price of fuel.”
The vice governor was reacting to an issue raised during the GMEC/GNPD Stakeholders’ Convergence meet held at the Emiliana Hall in Balanga City attended by executives of local government units from Bataan 3rd District.
