The Provincial Government of Bataan and QPAX Traffic Systems Inc., in collaboration with the Public-Private Partnership Investment Center (PPPIC), signed the Certificate of Successful Negotiations last August 6.

QPAX Traffic Systems Inc. is the province’s partner in developing a Single Ticketing System that will help digitalize and streamline traffic law enforcement in our province, specifically in monitoring and apprehending traffic violators. It is worth noting that a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed last June and a demonstration of the handheld device for apprehending traffic violators with the Metro Bataan Development Authority (MBDA) was conducted last July.
