Mariveles LGU, thru its Mayor AJ Concepcion expressed its deep gratitude to the dedicated personnel of the Municipal Environmental and Natural Resources (MENRO) headed by its OIC, Gladys G. Gomez, for their tireless efforts in protecting the town’s surroundings and resources.

During a recent gathering, “Kwentuhan at Kumustahan with kuya AJ”, Mayor Concepcion, Vice Mayor Lito Rubia, Sangguniang Bayan members and other municipal officials jointly recognized MENRO’s unwavering commitment to environmental conservation.

The MENRO has been instrumental in implementing various programs and initiatives aimed at promoting a cleaner and more sustainable surroundings in Mariveles. Their efforts have significantly contributed to the town’s ongoing development and environmental protection.

Mayor AJ Concepcion appreciates MENRO’s hard work which is part of its broader commitment to environment stewardship, aimed at maintaining its reputation as a model in their systematic waste/trash collection as well as maintaining their Material Recovery facility.
