Before plunging into the political arena, Hermosa town Mayor Jopet Inton had already visualized what his municipality would look like in the coming years. Inton said during the May 30 groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 925 Plaza Commercial Complex in Barangay Culis, Hermosa that connectivity plays an important role in the progress of municipality.

“Hindi mabubuo ang Hermosa kung hindi natin isasama ang upland na kung saan meron na tayong dalawa pang ecozones na karagdagang kita ng ating bayan at mga residente,” he explained. Road links are now being constructed on the way to two ecozones. The licensed commercial pilot mayor is now happy about the progress besetting the first class municipality adjoining the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. “Ang mga plano natin sana magtuluy-tuloy na at ang ating mga kabataan tulungan niyo kami dahil kayo na ang magpapatuloy ng progreso ng ating bayan,” Inton said. Former Bataan Vice governor Ben Alonzo who spearheads the 925 Plaza is optimistic to finish the construction of first commercial complex in Hermosa next year.
