‘Road networks attract businesses’

Philippine Standard Time:

‘Road networks attract businesses’

Significant surge in number of commercial establishments in Balanga City was felt lately because of conspicuous road networks being constructed within the area.

This observation was made by Joselito Evangelista, Balanga City treasurer, who said that more investors are easily attracted to Balanga taking advantage of good mobility and modern urban atmosphere.

Evangelista who has been with Balanga treasurer’s office for almost two decades now is certain that business atmosphere in Balanga is continously improving more so now that investors felt it “good to go with the flow of progress with the entry of malls. Sumasabay ang negosyante sa pag-unlad ng malalaking negosyo eh,” said Evangelista.

The number of new business establishments was not readily available but Evangelista hinted that more eateries and restaurants now dot the streets of Balanga to meet the requirement of increasing number of students and workers who prefer to patronize small eateries and cafeteria. He disclosed that the number of business firms in Balanga surged to a new height because business owners who failed to apply or renew business permit during the pandemic have applied this time.
