Provincial Cooperative & Enterprise Development Office
Mandate: Formulate and carry out measures to ensure the delivery of cooperative development services ; develop plans and strategies for the integration of cooperative principles and methods in programs and projects and be at the frontline of cooperatives organization and rehabilitation or viability-enhancement, particularly during and in the aftermath of man-made and natural calamities and disasters.
Enterprise Development Division is mandated to promote and develop MSMEs by providing support programs and policies addressing specific needs in the areas of product development, market and financial access and entrepreneurial trainings and seminars in collaboration with other partner agencies.
