Mandate: Responsible for overall management and administration of the hospital; formulation of policies; plans, programs and strategies to ensure implementation of health standards for the attainment of quality health care and high standards of clinical training for medical and allied medical personnel; and the day-to-day supervision and administration of the functional units.
